Brrrr, January sailing in the late afternoon.

Got a late start, but still had some quality time out bashing around off of Coyote Point.  The conditions were great, sun and wind.  A little on the chilly side by the time we got out.  I noticed the boats from the Sequoia Yacht Club Midwinters were coming into port as we were heading out.  We sailed "bare headed" ( without a jib) for a little while till we got the feel of the conditions.  Still on an ebb tide with square wind waves coming down from SF to us.  Made for some wet adventurous conditions.  Dave and I had Steve a new sailor and potential crew out with us today.  Would have been nice to have had a little milder conditions, but he still got a good taste of what Bay sailing can be.

Just a little  painting left to do on the interior, then a final vacuum and that part is done for the time being.  Yay!
